Nature of the product

Eonelya offers a gift experience: the symbolic, decorative dedication of shares of a nebula fragment, recorded in a private registry and accompanied by a personalized certificate and a gift page. This product confers no legal, scientific, financial or official rights over any celestial object. It is not an NFT, an investment, or a deed of ownership. No space organization (NASA, ESA, ESO, NOIRLab) sponsors or endorses Eonelya.

A symbolic share costs from €2.90 to €4.90 depending on the nebula. Sales terms, the right of withdrawal and the privacy policy are detailed on their dedicated pages: Terms of sale · Privacy.

Intellectual property

The Eonelya brand, editorial texts, nebula stories, visual identity, rendering engine and site code are the property of the publisher. Any reproduction without permission is prohibited. Archival photographs remain the property of their authors and are used under license (see credits below).
